What is ICAP?
Los Angeles High School is excited to share the work
produced in its integrated community arts pathway!

ICAP was created for students who have a strong
interest in the arts and a need for creative self-expression.

This three-year pathway consists of:
Environmental Art (10th grade), Art History (11th grade),
and Museum Studies (12th grade).

The classes will incorporate both hands-on and
academic projects to develop students' technical
skills and understanding of art making and
appreciation.

Classes will include projects, performances, and
exhibitions by individuals and student teams, as
well as collaborations with the local community
and citywide art professionals.

Students will go on local trips to further
expose them to art in the public environment.
