Today's Incident Update

At approximately 9:30 a.m. today, an unidentified man entered our school via the front door and attempted to assault one of our campus aides. Our team responded to the incident immediately, and the individual left the school without further incidence. He was later picked up and questioned by the Los Angeles Police Department.  Through this brief ordeal, all students and staff were safe and out of an abundance of caution, we will have extra patrols on-site for dismissal. The safety of our students and staff remains our top priority. Thank you and have a good rest of the day.

School Lockdown

This morning, an altercation took place on campus between a parent and student.

No one was seriously hurt during the brief incident. However, out of an abundance of caution, our school went into lockdown mode while law enforcement responded.

The lockdown was lifted 20 minutes later when officials declared the campus safe.

We understand some adults were upset that they were unable to enter the campus during the lockdown. As a reminder, lockdowns are to ensure the safety of all students and staff whenever there is potential danger. Therefore, nobody is allowed to enter or exit the campus while a lockdown is in progress. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of our entire school community, which is always our top priority.

We thank you for your understanding and continued support.
