Eisner Pediatrics is proud to bring you
the Los Angeles High School Teen Clinic.
If you are in need of any medical care, the clinic is the place for you.
The clinic staff all has special training in meeting the needs of teens. They can provide you with medical care, counseling, education, medication and referrals.
The clinic can provide you with:
Sports Physicals
Birth Control
STD Screenings
Please note that you must have a consent form signed by your parent or guardian in order to be seen. You can download the consent and bring it in or stop by the clinic to pick one up.
