Memoir I gaduated la high ROTC was okay we had the worst BC in 2006 Sidney vette Martinez she cursed us out and did what she wanted not even the ergeants could control her. Now I hear ROTc has a great BC and nw staff. I am glad and wish ROTC luck in all the awards
