Game Day Attendance
Submit one of these forms prior to departure for away games, and as soon as possible for home contests. For digital submission, email to Ms. Arita ([email protected]), or send a copy of the physical submission to the attendance office.

1. Click Student Clearances in the Left navigation bar.
2. Choose Bulk Update
3. Select Sport & Level
4. Check-off the Student-Athletes that Need Emergency Cards Printed
5. Click Print Emergency Cards - A PDF Document will Download
