School Site Council meeting / January 31st, 2012
The next meeting of the School Site Council will be held Tuesday, January 31st, 2012 at 4:30pm in the community room of Los Angeles High School. This meeting is a funding request meeting only. Anyone interested in being placed on the agenda

THE FEBRUARY CALIFORNIA HIGH SCHOOL EXIT EXAM FOR SENIORS ONLY
The February CAHSEE will be given February 7th and 8th for Seniors only. Please plan to arrive to school no later than 8:00am in the school library. The English section will be Tuesday, February 7th, and the Math section will be Wednesday, February 8th. Starting Monday, January 30th, until Monday, February 6th there will be a CAHSEE Prep Class offered after school in the Library from 3:30pm - 5:30pm. Seniors your time is running out. You only have one more CAHSEE test left in order for the scores to be back in time for Graduation. Don't let this be the reason for you not receiving your high school diploma. COLOR GUARD TRY OUTS THIS WEEK!
Join our City Championship Color Guard this Wednesday and Friday(1/25, 1/27), from 3:30- 5:00PM. Meet in the band room. Wear work out/dance clothing. No dance experience needed but be ready to work and bring your SMILE!
Winter Formal - Cupid's Hideaway
This year's dance will be on Sat. Feb. 4 in Memorial Hall from 8:00 pm to midnight. Dress to impress! A pasta dinner is provided, beverages are extra. Come and dance the night away with DJ Jon Jon in Cupids' Hideaway. Early bird tickets are only $10 before 1/20. $15 after that and $20 at the door.
