New Drop-Off and Pick-up Zone on West Blvd.

New Drop-Off and Pick-up Zone on West Blvd.
Effective immediately, the new LAHS Student Drop-off and Pick-up Zone will be on West Blvd. (east side of campus). Beginning March 2, 2009, drivers who pick up and drop off students on Rimpau Blvd. or Olympic Blvd. will be cited by school police.

LAHS Air Conditioning Unit Installation
A new, very large air conditioning system is being installed here at Los Angeles High. While this will not affect our boiler, it will affect the delivery of the warm air to the classrooms. In some cases, rooms are being sent too much hot air and they are excessively warm. In others, not enough warm air is reaching classrooms and they will be excessively cold. In both cases, Mr. McBride and Pete Barrale, District 3 Complex Project Management, are working assiduously to resolve the problem.
